LCD Video Mailers

The most popular method for distributing video brochures is through the mail and their main purpose – to reach key decision-makers in the buying-cycle with a marketing message that hits home.

With that in mind, how you present your LCD video brochure matters a great deal. We have a range of mailer solutions to match most budgets.

Key factors to consider early in your decision-making process are the campaign and pack costs. The main considerations being the number of packs, their size weight, and materials. The heavier that pack, the larger the size, the more materials – the more expensive it is to produce and distribute.

The first option and our most popular entry-level video mailer is a simple printed carton option. The costs for these are detailed on page two of our pricing matrix.

The picture above is an example of our standard video mailer sleeve. The video brochure is delivered fulfilled and bubble-wrapped alongside the USB charging cable. There are three main benefits to this simple solution:

• The carton is printed and laminated using the same board material as the video brochure wrap, we print both at the same time so you can be assured of a perfect color match.
• With the bubble-wrapped brochure safely packaged inside, this box is sturdy enough to be mailed with the addition of a printed label, however, if using US mail or UK Royal Mail, we would recommend placing the pack in a padded envelope for extra protection.
• The footprint of this mailer is very small (as it the weight). This helps to keep postage costs low.

We have two high-end presentation box solutions – hardcover and softcover.

The picture above is our high-end hardcover presentation box solution. The box is made from a hardbacked board wrapped in a printed lining paper with a removable box-lid and foam insert. We channel a cut-out in the foam to house the USB cable and embed the video brochure snuggly into the laser-cut tray. This box is sturdy and strong and in the middle price bracket of the three options outlined here.

We also produce a high-end softcover presentation box with foam-cut tray.

The softcover video presentation box is printed from an 18 Pt C1S card (300gsm single-sided board) wrapped around a foam base. The advantage of this box is that it has an integrated (not a removable) lid and the box has a satisfying snap-closure due to magnets housed inside the front flap of the box lid. This softcover presentation box is the most expensive of the three options displayed here.
